Booking Procedure

How do I make a booking?


To book our space, please drop an enquiry form on www.theparallelspace.com or contact us at hello@theparallelspace.com or 8877 8000. Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis, based on official booking confirmation timings. ​Booking will only be officially confirmed when full payment and security deposit is received.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept bank transfer, Paynow and PayLah.




Can I cancel my booking after booking confirmed?


For cancellation within 24 hours of booking, there will be a full refund. For cancellation of at least 30 days before the actual event, there will be a 80% refund. For cancellations of less than 30 days to event, refunds are not accepted.




Can I postpone my booking?


Postponement is only allowed if the request is made more than 30 days before event date with no additional charges. Postponement is strictly not allowed if the request is made within 30 days of event date.
